Traditional raw cider

Cider is a fruity and sparkling drink of ochre color with the whiteness of its fine and light foam. This cider is made on the farm following artisanal manufacturing methods. It comes from the alcoholic fermentation of cider apple juice. These varieties are very rich in polyphenols, natural antioxidants, which are found in cider, apple juice and cider vinegar.

Cider will perfectly accompany your meals from aperitif to dessert. Low in alcohol, it is enjoyed very cold.

Traditional semi-dry cider

Poiré de Normandie

Poiré is a fruity and sparkling drink of golden yellow color contrasting with the whiteness of its fine and light foam.

Poiré will perfectly accompany your moments of celebration or simply your aperitifs with friends. Low in alcohol, it is enjoyed very fresh. You will then find the subtle flavor of pears and the rustic bouquet of a traditional but very modern drink. Its acid-sweet balance, with a hint of astringency gives it its thirst-quenching character.

Poiré Rosé

Le poiré est une boisson fruitée et pétillante de couleur jaune dorée contrastant avec la blancheur de sa mousse fine et légère.

Le poiré accompagnera parfaitement vos moments de fête ou tout simplement vos apéritifs entre amis. Peu alcoolisé, il se déguste très frais. Vous retrouverez alors la saveur subtile des poires et le bouquet champêtre d’une boisson traditionnelle mais très actuelle. Son équilibre acide-sucré, avec une pointe d’astringence lui confère son caractère désaltérant.

Poiré Domfront AOP BIO

Poiré Domfront is the result of the natural and slow fermentation of perry pear juice. The “Plant de Blanc” is the flagship variety of Poiré AOP and constitutes at least 40% of its composition.

Tasting: Sparkling, fruity and low in alcohol: it is a friendly, festive product! that we enjoy as an aperitif, during meals or as a refreshment.

Pear Effervescence

It is mainly during a second fermentation of more than a year that this Poiré was able to develop all its unique aromas.

Tasting: This Pear Effervescence, discreetly fruity, can be served on any occasion, especially as an aperitif or dessert. To be enjoyed chilled at 4-5°C.

Calvados AOC Vieux (4 years)

This Calvados, protected by the Domfrontais appellation, draws its originality from its high percentage (30% minimum) of perry pears. This clever alchemy of pears and apples distinguishes it from other appellations by its floral side as well as its minerality. The distillation process with a column still also contributes to its typicality.

Tasting: young, it reveals intense aromas of fresh pears and has a certain liveliness. This Calvados VSOP is particularly appreciated as an aperitif in the form of cocktails or for culinary preparations.

Calvados AOC Vieille Réserve (7 years)

This Calvados, protected by the Domfrontais appellation, draws its originality from its high percentage (30% minimum) of perry pears. This clever alchemy of pears and apples distinguishes it from other appellations by its floral side as well as its minerality. The distillation process with a column still also contributes to its typicality.

Tasting: This Calvados XO (extra old) is enjoyed as a digestif and of course as a trou Normand.

Calvados AOC Hors d’âge (10 years)

This Calvados, protected by the Domfrontais appellation, draws its originality from its high percentage (30% minimum) of perry pears. Pommeau de Normandie AOC

The “Pommeau de Normandie” is the typical aperitif of the region. It is characterized by its creamy texture in the mouth and its aromas of candied fruits. Its aging in oak barrels for 2 years gives it a beautiful amber color and brings it woody notes.

Tasting: It is traditionally served chilled as an aperitif but can also be enjoyed in cocktails or during a meal for the more daring. It goes well with foie gras, melon, but also a chocolate dessert or an apple tart.

Poirissimo

Poirissimo is the result of a judicious marriage of pear juice and Calvados, followed by aging in oak barrels and a little trick, a manufacturing secret. Normal, Poirissimo is our exclusive!

Tasting: It is traditionally served chilled as an aperitif but can also be enjoyed in cocktails or during a meal for the more daring. It goes well with a dessert such as an apple or pear tart.

It is composed of a judicious blend of three old local varieties (De cloche, Fausset and Plant de Blanc) exclusively used for the production of juice and perry. A light pasteurization ensures its conservation while preserving the natural aromas of fruits.
